B&M Roofing is led by a team of roofing experts dedicated to providing quality services designed to meet each project’s unique needs.

Rami Zarifa - President
Rami is the President at B&M Roofing, overseeing all sales activities, customer relations, and large commercial roofing projects. With over 25 years of experience, Rami manages estimates, negotiates projects, and assists with design-build projects, collaborating closely with general contractors on pre-construction services and budgeting. He is also active in the industry, having served on the Subcontractor Relations committee for AGC, Associated General Contractors of Colorado. Outside of work, Rami enjoys gym workouts, golfing, home improvement projects, watching movies, and spending quality time with his family and their dog.
David Heidt - Vice President
David is a Vice President at B&M Roofing, bringing a background in architecture and over 12 years of experience with the company. He specializes in architectural sheet metal, metal roofing, and business development. David enjoys tackling complex problems, engaging in sales, and adapting to the challenges of Colorado's weather. Outside of work, he stays active through cardiovascular exercise, snow skiing, and motorcycling. David values time with his family and his extended family of dogs.
Brad Taylor - Vice President
Brad is a Vice President at B&M Roofing, with over 30 years of experience in the roofing and sheet metal industries. He has been with B&M Roofing since 1989, overseeing all aspects of the steep roofing department. His responsibilities include estimating, designing, and managing residential and sloped roofing projects. Notable past projects include the Bass Pro Shops, Georgetown Historic 1892 School House, Marriott Lakewood, and Cherry Hills Country Club. Outside of work, Brad enjoys boating, camping, watersports, skiing, and attending sports events. In his free time, he is passionate about restoring classic cars and motor racing.
Scott Kawulok - Vice President
Scott is a Vice President at B&M Roofing and has deep roots in Colorado. With an academic background in Philosophy and English Literature, Scott has a foundation in critical thinking and communication. He began his career at a young age, working in various roles within the roofing industry, and officially joined B&M Roofing in 2004 as a Project Engineer/Operations Support. Over the years, he has risen through the ranks and has been an active contributor to several industry boards and committees, including the NRCA’s Executive Committee and the Roofing Industry Alliance for Progress Board of Trustees. Outside of work, Scott enjoys a range of outdoor activities, including gardening, hiking, and skiing. He values spending time with family and engaging in activities that connect him with nature.
