B&M Roofing is lead by a team of roofing experts, dedicated to providing quality services designed to meet the unique needs of each project.

  • Rami Zarifa - President

    Rami is the President at B&M Roofing and is a Colorado native, originally from Broomfield. He attended the University of Colorado in Boulder and began designing custom homes immediately after graduating. While working with a client, Rami came to B&M Roofing to select a roof system and was offered a position as an estimator by past president, Conrad Kawulok. More than 25-years later, Rami oversees all sales activities, focuses on building customer relations, estimates and manages large commercial roofing projects, negotiates projects, assists with design build projects, works with general contractors on pre-construction services and budgeting, and much more. He enjoys seeing a project through from start to completion as well as collaborating with his partners, staff, and clients. Rami has also been involved with AGC, Associated General Contractors of Colorado, serving on the Subcontractor Relations committee for several years to build better relationships between General Contractors and specialty trade contractors. When Rami is not at his desk, you can find him at the gym, golfing, working around the house, watching movies, and spending time with his three children Lexi, Nicho, and Nathan, and their dog Chloe.

  • David Heidt - Vice President

    David is a Vice President at B&M Roofing and a Colorado transplant from Beloit, Wisconsin. David graduated from Saint Cloud State University, moved to Colorado in 1983 and joined the team at B&M Roofing over 12 years ago.   With a background in architecture and a unique dedication to his work, David quickly became an invaluable asset to B&M Roofing. As Vice President, he oversees all things concerning architectural sheet metal, metal roofing, and business development. Even after 12 years, he enjoys the problem solving, sales, and the unpredictable Colorado weather that go along with his position at B&M Roofing.   Outside of working, David enjoys: keeping fit and healthy through cardiovascular exercise, snow skiing, motorcycles, and (infrequently) sitting still. He has been married for over 28 years, has 4 children, and 2 grandchildren. David’s extended family also includes dogs, all Terriers.

  • Brad Taylor - Vice President

    Brad is the Vice President at B&M Roofing and a Colorado native. Brad has over 30 years of experience in a variety of positions throughout the roofing and sheet metal industries. He first joined B&M in 1989, working through 1999 and then re-joined the team in 2006. As Vice President, Brad oversees all steep roofing department functions. He is responsible for estimating, designing and managing all residential projects and sloped applications. Some of his favorite past projects include: Bass Pro Stops in Commerce City & Colorado Springs, Georgetown Historic 1892 School House, Marriott Lakewood, Cherry Hills Country Club and Polo Club HOA. Outside of work, Brad enjoys boating, camping, watersports, skiing, bowling and anything involved with being outdoors. He is a huge Broncos fan and regularly attends games as well as many other sporting events. Brad believes in working hard and playing harder. You can also find him restoring his old muscle car or attending racing events!

  • Scott Kawulok - Vice President

    Scott is Vice President at B&M Roofing and a Colorado native. He graduated with a BA in Philosophy from Franciscan University of Steubenville, OH and went on to earn an MA in English Literature from the University of Richmond, VA. In 2009, Scott graduated from NRCA’s Future Executives Institute. Scott began working in the warehouse and the sheet-metal fabrication shop when he was 12 years old. He officially re-joined the company in 2004 as a Project Engineer/Operations Support and has continued to progress within the company. He has served two terms on NRCA’s Executive Committee, several terms on NRCA’s Board of Directors is a past President of NRLRC, and has worked on the Roofing Industry Alliance for Progress Board of Trustees. In addition to working with B&M Roofing’s diverse group of clients, Scott enjoys spending time with his family as well as participating in outdoor activities such as gardening, camping, hiking, snow skiing, snowshoeing, kayaking, fishing and golfing. Scott and his wife have two children and a dog who likes to be the center of attention.
