National Roofing Week Coloring Contest

Every year, National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA) members and staff members celebrate National Roofing Week through contributions to charitable organizations in their local communities. Members (like B&M Roofing) are encouraged to share their stories of charitable giving with the NRCA to help spread awareness of the great work our industry is doing.

One of our favorite parts of National Roofing Week is the Children’s Art Contest. The winner from each age group will have his or her artwork featured on all 2015 National Roofing Week material and additional promotional material to be displayed at industry events throughout the year. To really get in the spirit this year, we’re hosting a Coloring Competition internally! All B&M kids, grades 1-8, are encouraged to participate in the NRCA coloring contest. Every kid that participates will receive a $5 Dairy Queen gift card for submitting! The B&M team will select 4-5 entires to submit to the larger competition.

All entries for the NRCA coloring contest are due Friday, April 15. Voting will take place on the NRCA website from April 16 through June 10. Winners are selected based on the artwork that most effectively illustrates the importance of a great roof. Here’s the best part: If one of the winners is a B&M family member, we will donate to CASA of Weld County & CASA of Boulder County! However, if B&M artwork is not chosen as an overall winner, we’ll still donate 10x the number of votes that the most liked B&M artwork received.
